Student Activity Funding Request 2024-2025

Funding Considerations:

• Current students enrolled in the Schools of Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Graduate Studies, and PA may request funds from the All-Hill Student Council (AHSC) for inter-professional events. The requested funding must serve students from more than one school program and be designed to bring students from the different schools together in-person or virtually. Students seeking school-specific funding should contact their Dean’s Office and School Government to make a funding request.
   
• Funding is limited to one contribution ($1000), per student, per term, depending on availability of funds. Funding of one contribution, per student, per term is not guaranteed. Funds cannot be used for anything other than the purpose stated in the initial request.
   
• Funding for individual travel to attend professional development meetings, conferences, and/or individual projects are not within the scope of the AHSC funding requests. Funds (in the form of a rebate) have been allocated by the AHSC to individual programs for such events. Special circumstances may be considered upon request.
   
• Funding granted by the All-Hill Student Council will be distributed as a reimbursement (i.e. receipts must be provided to the AHSC).

Instructions:

1. Prepare an itemized budget of total expenses up to the maximum requested amount for the student activity. You will have an opportunity to upload the budget document at the end of this form.
    
2. Please submit funding request at least 10 days - 2 weeks prior to event.
    
3. Complete all required fields in this form, double-check for accuracy, and submit. Please be prepared to present your request (in person) at our next meeting. AHSC meetings take place at noon on the 2nd Friday of every month.
    
4. Await approval. You may inquire on the status of the approval by contacting scouncil@ohsu.edu.
